Whoop Cars Ltd - Terms of Business

1. General

These Terms of Business apply to all vehicle sales made by Whoop Cars Ltd. By purchasing a vehicle from Whoop Cars Ltd, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles supplied by Whoop Cars Ltd are used vehicles unless explicitly stated otherwise. As such, customers should expect age and mileage related wear and tear consistent with the vehicle's history, age, and mileage.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure all vehicles are supplied in a satisfactory and roadworthy condition, customers should remain mindful and realistic about the nature of purchasing a used vehicle.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, general wear, and other signs of previous use are to be expected and do not constitute a fault.

3. Faults and Mechanical Issues

In the event that a fault or issue arises with a vehicle purchased from Whoop Cars Ltd, the customer must notify Whoop Cars Ltd in the first instance.

Whoop Cars Ltd must be given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and remedy the issue where appropriate. Customers must not arrange repairs with third parties without first obtaining approval from Whoop Cars Ltd.

Failure to notify Whoop Cars Ltd before arranging repairs elsewhere may result in the dealership declining responsibility for the costs incurred.

4. Warranty Conditions

Where a warranty is provided, it is subject to the following conditions:

• The customer must notify Whoop Cars Ltd immediately if a fault develops.
• Whoop Cars Ltd must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy the issue.
• Repairs must not be carried out without prior authorisation from Whoop Cars Ltd.

Failure to follow these procedures may result in any remaining warranty being invalidated.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and ensuring regular servicing and maintenance is carried out where required.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a vehicle from Whoop Cars Ltd, the customer acknowledges that they understand and accept these Terms of Business.
